Store vendor registration and vendor approval not working

We are supposed to received premium support through WcLovers website. I opened a support ticket for premium support but not received any resolution since 15th of July. The ticket number is #336762. The website is live and in production. We are facing trouble with the problem.
Problem is explained below:
Everything was working fine, until a week back. Not sure what the reason was. We just did some speed optimization and updated WordPress, theme and plugins. Now the Vendor Registration doesn’t seem to be working on our Website.
On signup as vendor, they get a confirmation message on screen, but no mail is sent to the admin and their registration doesn’t show up on the Pending Approval page either for the admin. They end up as subscriber.
Since it doesn’t show up on the pending approval page or on the notifications, there is no way to approve these Vendor Applications.
The website is already in operations and we are facing problems because of this. Please have us a resolution as soon as possible.
