store url not storing hebrew lang

    hi
    1. When a new seller signs up in my site and writes in the “seller-url” field and enters a Hebrew letters after the registration the seller url shop link not working, by clicking on it, it returns to the list of stores. How can I solve this problem?

    2. how can i able to edit the seller-url address and add the missing information If the seller is already registered ? can it be don from the database … if yes from which field ?

    1. It should work if your site is translated to Hebrew and if the shop name is in Hebrew. Please let me know if your site is fully translated in Hebrew.

    2. You can edit vendor account from wp-admin -> Users -> Edit the vendor profile and update vendor information ??

    1. my site is fully translated in Hebrew and still its hepening.

    2. there is no field in the users profile of the site url so i cant edit it from there.

    If I were not clear I mean to custom_store_url

    1. We need to check your site. Please fill our contact form.

    2. You have to edit it from the database. The store_url is saving into wp_usermeta table as user_nicename.

    thank you very much… the table is wp_users not wp_usermeta
