    I’m trying to change the store header image on our site, but I can’t find the option. In addition, I wanted to have one of our products (Full Interior Design Package – POA) redirected to a new page/site when clicked instead of the product description.

    Firstly, I apologize for the delayed response.

    I’m trying to change the store header image on our site, but I can’t find the option.

    This option is sometimes dependent on your theme. However, can you please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Header and see if you can change the background image there?

    In addition, I wanted to have one of our products (Full Interior Design Package – POA) redirected to a new page/site when clicked instead of the product description.

    I did some research and found the code snippet on this forum thread worked on my site.

    First, you need to change the product type to External/Affiliate Product. Then, once the product is clicked, users will be redirected to the Product URL instead.

    I can’t see a Tatsu setting on the store page as well, and upon inspecting the store page looks like the header was edited in Tatsu. I’m not quite sure, but it looks like this on my end: https://snipboard.io/wlhmyH.jpg. So far, there was also no additional CSS on our page.

    For the link that I wanted to be associated with a certain product, is there a way that I can the link added to the product itself where it doesn’t go to the product description anymore, and just go to the external link directly/immediately when the product image will be clicked? Thanks!

    Thanks for providing the screenshot. I can see that the header image was added via your theme or a third-party plugin on our site.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Have you checked the code snippet on this forum thread already? I believe it does exactly of your requirement here.

    I understand. These forums are meant for general support with the core functionality of WooCommerce itself. What you want to achieve would require customization to do it.
