    Hello

I can’t link to the page I am having trouble with as I am helping a customer who does not remember his user name and password, his complaint is that when going to the option “See more stats on WordPress.com when he clicks on store it takes him to “Traffic”. He says that there has been information there since I installed WooCommerce for Him. So I am assuming that JetPack picked up this and started monitoring the sales. However, according to the orders section under WooCommerce the last sale was January 9th 2021. Does JetPack only monitor the current month? Maybe that is why he is not getting any data there, can someone explain or confirm that I am correct please

    Hi there

WooCommerce analytics are not limited to the current month, they should show stats right back to when WooCommerce and/or Jetpack was activated:
    https://jetpack.com/support/woocommerce-analytics/

If you continue to have trouble, we’ll need to know the URL of the site so we can take a closer look.

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

    Thanks!

    Hi Dan

My apologies for not responding sooner, the url of the
    Website in question is

    https://intelreform.org

According to the owner he was going to the Jetpack dashboard then
Clicking on “View more stats on WordPress.com”, in his words
“the store TAB appeared after you installed WooCommerce”

Apparently now it doesn’t appear, I tried checking it myself, however
It requires a login which he doesn’t remember, so I’m guessing that’s
    Stored in his browser.

Anyway I also explained to him he can also check his stats from the
WooCommerce plugin from the backend “Woocommerce/orders”

So that is the story I hope it makes sense to you. I also know there
Was a major upgrade to Woocommerce recently maybe that had something
    To do with it.

    Let me know please

    Hi there, @axiom28,

    Thanks for the further explanation!

I checked the connection for https://intelreform.org and all is up and running perfectly as far as Jetpack is concerned. I can see the Jetpack Stats displayed as expected.

However, while I can see the Store Stats tab, I’m having troubles displaying it. This could be caused by a block on the server’s end, or by a plugin conflict.

Can you or the site owner please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the Store Stats display that way? If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.

Also, check for any security/caching plugin you may have enabled, and try temporarily disable them, to see if it fixes the problem. You may also want to search for any firewall on your server-side that might be blocking the communication with Jetpack – your host should be able to help you with that.

Hope that’s all clear! Let me know what you find out and we’ll take it from there.

    Hello Stef
OK I will try that but I know that no new plugins have been added for some time although a plugin update might be the cause, I’m not sure, I do try to keep them updated.
    I will let you know

    Hey @axiom28!

Following up here: the Store stats view was removed from Jetpack in WordPress.com, in favor of the WooCommerce stats in WP Admin. You should see a tab in the sidebar in WP Admin called Analytics. Your WooCommerce stats should be available there. Here’s a screenshot to help: https://d.pr/i/13d2FG

    Does this help?

    That sounds like a plan.

No need to reply until you’ve had a chance to try that out, but once you do, please let us know the results and we can help from there. Thanks!

    Hello

Sorry about the delay but it takes a while to get to and hear back from the customer who is in a different time zone to me, anyway I explained everything to them and they realised they can get this information from other areas and semed to be happy with that.
So yes you can close this thread, thanks for all the help though
