Store sidebar doesn't display in Woocommerce 2.0.10

  • I think this problem started when I upgraded to the latest version of WooCommerce as it was working fine before.

    When I load the store page, there is no sidebar and the tab at the top (in google chrome) says “Products Archive” which is different to what it said before (which I think was just store).

    I’ve checked that the sidebar is selected and it is.

    The theme I’m using is RT-Theme 17 v.2.3

    I’m new to all of this so don’t have a great deal of technical knowledge.

  • Hi Buddy,

    This is because the new version allows different layouts. Kind of irritating that they don’t mention it but it should be in you theme options settings. I’m not sure what theme you are using and I’m too lazy to google it but underneath your theme options > woocommerce settings it should have the column settings. This is different than your main theme layout settings so that’s why it can be confusing. If this helped you, buy me a beer.
