Thanks for posting. I’d like to help investigate why you’re unable to continue past the Store Settings tab while setting up your store.
Could you share with us the WooCommerce System Status Report for your site? This will help us check for any site conflicts that may be causing unexpected behavior.
Additionally, I would recommend double checking to make sure that all of the fields on the Store Settings page are filled with a value, as this page requires all of this information in order to continue.
