Store review form??

    Hello!
    I looked at your plugin and I really like it.
    I want to use the StoreReview option, but I don’t want to have comments on the products themselves.
    I want to make a separate page with:
    -Form to leave a review
    -The comments themselves

    But I can’t find a short code for a review form. I do not want to have reviews of product page / products, because I work with fast fashion and some products have them only for 4-6 days available on the site. In this situation, it makes no sense to collect reviews for different products
