Store Pick-up time

    We have the shop open hours set to 4pm to 8pm — cooking time prep is set to 30 minutes.
    However say a client orders at 5pm — they can choose any pick-up time from 4pm to 8pm. The soonest they should be able to pick up should be 5:30 pm… our client has to manually change their open time very 30 minutes to prevent people from selecting a pick-up time which is in the past. The WP UTC time is set correctly…

    Note – we have set our UTC to -7 in WordPress and PHP.ini — but all orders are 1 day in advance when the client places an order

    Nope just using plugin settings for store hours and order delay for pick up. We have Authorize.net add-on and Tips add-on installed. The issue must ne a time zone issue as pick-up times show dated for the next day.

    Can you please set any country as per your time zone from the wordpress time zone settings and check this?

    We set the timezone to “America/Vancouver” (which is UTC-7) once we reach 5:00 pm our time all orders default to the next calendar day. It seems as though the plugin is locked into straight UTC time regardless of what we set WordPress/our server and our SQL database to…

    So are you able to see all the time slots now after changing the time zone to the country name?

    The issue isn’t seeing the time slots — the issue is that no matter what we set our time to there seems to be a +7 hour offset so for us anyone who orders after 5pm receive choices for the following day.
