    The problem might be with the active theme due to incompatibility. Please consider switching to a compatible theme such as Storefront and see how it goes. If the store page components work fine with Storefront, kindly contact your theme support for better guidance.

    However, if the problem remains with Storefront, feel free to let me know and share the link to your store page if possible. I will try my best to assist you.
