Store Name Validation field in Custom form

  • Hi, I can see that there is a field in Vendor Registration page called “Store Name” I want to use this field in other form for collecting some data. And If vendor tries to type new store name then this store name validation should function just like enclosed screenshot link

    I can input Custom CSS, Custom HTML, Shortcode and Action Hook in this custom form for this specific field. Please advise how to do. Thanks
