    Hi Team,

We have a WordPress multisite, In the past week, our store managers have not been able to access the Jetpack dashboard for any existing subsites or new ones. they have the correct permissions as it was working before the last WordPress update. I have turned off new add-ons without any success. Upgrading the user to Admin resolved the issue ( all admin accounts are working as normal) however we don’t want them to have admin access.

They See Jetpack in the sidebar but when highlighting it only shows dashboard when clicking the dashboard the page loads blank.

    address bar shows – sitename/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard

Hi @uniforms4u , could you first troubleshoot for a plugin conflict? Try temporarily deactivating all the plugins except for Jetpack and WooCommerce, and check if the problem is resolved that way. If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.
