store is not connected to trackship

In the latest version of the plugin, if the site address differs from the physical URL, then when checking the status of the package, the system generates an error. “store is not connected to trackship”
But control panel works and shows active connection with trackship service.
I had to roll back to the previous version of the plugin, which works.
