    Why are you closing out this ticket as resolved?

    Please update me on this issue.
    I have not seen any update or resolution to this issue for several months.

    While I can appreciate the fact you located the problem, you did however indicate the fix would be available 11/21/2014 and (now for the 5th time) there still is no update or fix.

    Please advise.

    Anyone else have this problem?
    Anyone else have any suggestions? I’ve had this ticket open for several months with Visser with no resolution. Visser has promsed 4 times to look at it and simply never followed through. My assumption is they do not have any support.

    When exporting orders with specific meta created from custom select boxes, only the first instance of the select box choice is captured.
    The custom select boxes comes from the “product add-ons” plugin.

    If the product has a selection made in the #2 or higher position, the meta returned in the export is blank

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Joel, we’re doing our best to answer and keep up with each enquiry, that issue was due to us calling get_metadata() with the $single parameter set to true for Custom Order meta. By turning this off we now include all values instead of just the first (head smack).

    This fix is included in today’s 1.8.6 update about to go out; just sorting out a conflict with Extra Product Options and one of the Order Items Formatting options.
