store disappear

I have been having issues of the ecwid shopping cart dissappearing. I’ve reinstalled and it worked again but has disappered Please advise. Thanks

I tried the obvios and deactivied plugins but no resolve. I did install seo pressor but I do not think that is the issue.

Hi I get a problem when I am trying to use ecwid in my site. When I paste the shortcode in a page and view the page the loading is never ends up.
this is my shop page https://ewaolu.com/?page_id=2994″ . I think there is some ajax conflict with my theme. Please help me out in this regard. I pasted the below code:

I just inspected your site and discovered a possible reason. Do you have the “YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search” plugin enabled? Can you please try disabling it temporarily and check whether Ecwid widget starts loading after that? It seems like that plugin somehow conflicts with Ecwid.

Please let me know the results and we will continue investigation.

As far as I can see, the store page on your site is working now. Can you please let us know what was the reason? Was it YITH plugin?
