Store categories not updating

  • I updated my WooCommerce shop product categories. I cleared the cache in the CTX plugin and in Litespeed, but the category mapping section is not listing the new categories.

    So far, we understand that you are having trouble getting the updated category within the category mapping section. As you mentioned, you have cleared your cache from LiteSpeed Cache and the CTX feed, but it doesn’t work. Can you please clear the cache from the make feed page after clearing the cache from your cache plugin. In case you have any cache plugins like Redis or Object Cache, be sure to flush the cache first. I hope your problem has been resolved.
