Store Categories Drop Down Not Working (Using Elementor)

Hello,

First of all, thank you so much for the plugin, its amazing.

I am currently building a multivendor website on a localhost using WCFM MV and Elementor Pro. I tried adding the Store Categories widget into the store but it only shows as a list not a drop down.
I enabled the “enable toggle to show child categories” part in the “Vendor: Categories” widget and yet it still doesn’t show the categories in a drop down format.

I tried activating only the store front theme, and disabled all the plugins on the website except for WCFM, MV, and Woocommerce, and yet the widget hasn’t switched to dropdown unfortunately.

Is there a php code I need to input in the child theme’s function.php?
