Storage of fields

Where is the ticket details data stored in the wordpress database table(backend) because i want to add a new custom field on the submit ticket page.
And also i was not able to upgrade the version of the wp awsome support from 1.2.8 to higher version as it is giving us a fatal error.
Please can you suggest what exactly an alternative?
