    Version 2.1.15
    Other S3 Compatible Service.
I try to import 3000 thousand images. The process reaches the end and breaks off, the images have not been loaded into cloud. Check the problem?

  • I also experience an issue with the storage importer, I connected my site to a wasabi cloud storage bucket. When I access the storage importer in the cloud media settings, it just showing me a blank page.

In the latest version of the plugin, please try the following:

    – Enable Media Cloud Debugging in the Enable/Disable Tools page of the plugin
    – Click on ‘Troubleshooter’
    – Click on ‘Start Troubleshooting’

If all the steps are green, I’d have to have access to your WordPress install to see what was going on.

Hi! where is the Debug Log Located?
I already looked pretty much everywhere in the plugin but i can’t find the debug log.

The debug log is located in the admin menu for the plugin.

The latest version has two new settings related to this.

One of them lets you specify the timeout which should help with the cURL 28 error. Try turning it up to see if it helps.

The other setting in the Storage Settings page allows you to turn off background processing and do the import on the client side. Note, if you do have background processing turned off, you must keep the importer page open as the page is managing the import process instead of the server.
