Stops Working Frequently / Fails to Save Widget Settings

I have had this installed for close to a year now, on four different WP sites and know that when it does work it is a good widget; but that it frequently stops working, and will reset itself to its installed default settings and drop previously saved configurations for any of the widgets your attempting to manage within your site.

Warning, there has been little or NO support on this widget. And the most critical bugs have not been addressed by the developer in over two years or more.
