Stops sliding after minimizing the window

To summarise, the problem is the current version of ‘Owl Carousel’, version 2.2.1, has this bug, which they are aware of – and will hopefully fix in the next version. (My Slide Anything plugin is built using ‘Owl Carousel’)

Can you send me a link to the bug report on the Owl Carousel github page about this issue? I found a few but they are old and closed issues.

Hi have a look at the Owl Carousel 2 demo page for ‘Autoplay’ for their current 2.2.1 build:

You will see the issue is present here.

They may have fixed the issue in their Beta builds, but I’m not not going to use a Beta build within Slide Anything – there are too many active installs (20,000) of SA, and don’t want to risk it.

Yeah, it is not fixed. What I mean is, where did you read that they are aware of the issue? I found old bug reports that are closed.
But now actually I think I found it. They merged the issues into this https://github.com/OwlCarousel2/OwlCarousel2/pull/1942 that includes a lot of issues.
I don’t think that they will be fixing this soon though. It is old. This one https://github.com/OwlCarousel2/OwlCarousel2/issues/1426 that is merged into the other one, has started in 2016.

Ok, please upgrade to version 2.1.0 of Slide Anything, which resolves this issue.

Thanks, I actually stopped working on the project that needed to use this plugin a long time ago. But good to know it is fixed if I ever need it. (I have not tested it, so I take your word for it).
