Stops Page from Scrolling

  • Very strange bug. When the plugin is activated no website pages will scroll without first being refreshed. Deactivate the plugin and the issue goes away. So Ive not actually been able to test it because of this!

    @maft We are sorry for the inconvinience. We suggest you to reach out to our helpdesk and share details, We need to check the configuration to help you on this. We got to know about this for the first time, and it must be any configurational issue or 3rd party conflict.

    If you want to check from your end, You can enable our plugin and disable another one by one so you will get to know, which plugin has conflict with that. And once you get to know, Let us know so we will try on that.

    We are always happy to help you. You can see we have 60K+ active installs so this is not a common issues for sure.

    I would request you to share more details, so that we can check this as soon as possible, we are pretty confident that they issue is generated due to some other reasons, as we haven’t been reported by anyone.

    Looking forward to work with you to fix this sooner, as we don’t want you to face any hurdle while using The Plus Addons for Elementor and miss its superpowers : )
