Stopping spam from logging in

Hi,

I have installed wordpress software and also activated “Akismet” but still I am having problems with spam.

Is there any plugin which I can use so that I’ll have a question in the login form which has to be answered by the user who is registering.

Please help me on this as I am getting more than 300 spams getting logged in to my site on daily basis.
