• Hi I am just about to launch a new version of my ecommerce site and have just realised, after installing your plugin my merchant account is stopped from pinging back to the site to confirm funds have been paid.
    Customers are sent to a secure redirect to take card payment and then the redirect sends the customer back to my site confirming funds have been received.
    Your plugin seems to be marking this action as spam and is blocking the action, is there a way to allow through the action?
    As soon as I disable the plugin the redirect works fine, reactivate the plugin and it stops working again…

  • When you go to Settings > Spammer History, what does it say as the reason for blocking? If it gives you an IP Address, you could always white list it.

    sorted! already managed to work it out but your solution is good….
    i added the ip addresses of the merchant account to the white list and all is well.
