Stopping form pop on mobile

  • Is there a way to prevent the form from popping up when the user is on a mobile?

    On mobile, the pop-up covers over half of the screen, and most users can’t see the X button in the top right, which causes them to get frustrated and leave. I like it popping up on desktop but not mobile.

    Or is there some CCS to prevent it when the screen size doesn’t surpass a certain number of pixels?

    yep, is there to prevent it from popping up on mobile?

    I still want it to pop up on desktop?

    There is not a way to make it so that it only shows on desktop, no.

    Can you share more about what you are using when you see the issue? We are not able to see the issue you are reporting on your site.

    When you go to the homepage or shop page (incognito) on my website the pop up appears. I can see that my users can’t immediatley see where the cross is and get fustrated then leave the website.

    If you can’t prevent this pop up on mobile, then is there a way for the user to be able to tap in an area on the screen away from the form which will close it down? The little cross is hard to see for most users.

    I’m having the same issue. The pop up covers my whole page on mobile and there is no way to get to the x to get out of it.
