I transferred a domain away to another person and then deleted all of the files from my self-hosted WP site. But I am now getting downtime emails via Jetpack and I don’t know how to stop them without access to dashboard? I am not finding anything in support documentation.

Other than moving all emails from Jetpack sent to that email address to spam or bouncing them, I guess?

There is nothing at the URL. As I said everything has been deleted.

    Hi @rscully

It doesn’t matter if the site is deleted now. We need the site URL to check the settings in our system. If the Jetpack monitor email is enabled, you will get them even if you deleted the site.

Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

    Hi @rscully

I have disconnected the Jetpack from our side and also disabled monitor notifications. Now you should not receive any downtime emails from Jetpack. ??
