Stopping an existing discount code being added to a bulk cart discount

    Hi,

    I hope you can help!

    I’ve set up a bulk discount to be applied when 2 or more items are added to the cart but if another discount code is added, it adds this on top of bulk cart discount. Is it possible to stop a discount code from being added when a bulk discount is enabled?

    I’m using the free version of the plugin currently. The discount codes which I am testing this with were generated using Woocommerce.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    The pro version includes a “Coupons Applied” condition, which allows you to utilize this condition within the rule to prevent it from being applied to the product price when a specific coupon is applied to the cart. You can try the pro version on our demo website.

    Regrettably, there is currently no feature to prevent WooCommerce coupons from being applied to the cart.

    So, to make sure I understand correctly – there is no way to stop Woocomerce coupons from being applied to the cart in the Pro version?

    Yes, unfortunately, there is not a feature to prevent WooCommerce coupons to be applied.
