Stopped Working.. still supported?

    Hi,

    I have been loving the plugin up this point and cloned about 8 sites in s multisite network. Today I run it and all it seems to create is new blank sites, not clones. The ‘pop up’ doesn’t show either, just the progress bar on the main page, that doesn’t seem to move every much.

    Any ideas what could be causing this?

    UPDATE: My Staging site, which is an exact copy of my main site, except it had 8 plugins that needed updating. I have gone through and updated them one-by-one, but running NSCloner in between each update. This has proved that there is no conflict between the plugins.

    What I am going to do now is copy my main site (where NS Cloner doesn’t work) and one-by-one switch off each plugin and see if that proves anything.

    OK, result!

    The culprit appears to be Rank Math SEO!

    I updated rankmath to latest version on my staging site, NSCloner starts working again.

    I disabled rankmath on my live site, NSCloner starts working again.

    both versions use RankMath 1.0.50

    @nisto2016 Do you have MathRank SEO? If so, and you disable it, does NS Cloner start working again?

    Hi @mikenco that should be your DEBUG.LOG but please ask your host if there is another log as well that logs server errors.

    @mikenco You are such great :-)! Thank you so much! Yes, indeed I have RankMath SEO (Vers. 1.0.50) installed and activated. I did like you recommended, deactivated it on all sub-sites (so completely deactivated in the network finally) and the cloning process from NS Cloner runs again and worked finally!
    Somehow the cloning process does not get finished automatically, it stops by 100%. But when I then cancel the info-window it “cleans up” and my new subsite is created as wished ??

    @neversettle The problem is resolved with this workaround. Of course would be perfect if the issue could get fixed at all – but as long as cloning finally works in this way I am fine ??

    Mine too clones the site, but NS Cloner process doesn’t actually end, the same as yours.

    Hopefully @neversettle has enough data to investigate what is actually happening with this. Hopefully, even though this case is ‘resolved’, they’ll work it out and something will come in the next update.

    Yes, we’ve had a few reports of the “stuck at 100%” issue and are working on solving that ??
