    The plugin stopped working. August 28th is the last time it looks to have fired the pinterest tag and reported data on Pinterest’s side. I am using Version 1.4.10 of the plugin currently. Pinterest is telling me I will lose my verified merchant status if this is not fixed. Please advise on how to trouble shoot and get this working again.

    Hello Suzy LeeLo,

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    Could you please navigate to Marketing > Pinterest, then go to the Connection tab, and share a screenshot of that page? This will help me better understand your current setup.

    Additionally, have you tried reconnecting Pinterest to your WooCommerce store?
    Sometimes a simple reconnection can resolve issues like this.

    Wow that was an easy fix! I couldn’t find the pinterest settings but you helped me find that my catalog was no longer connected to Pinterest. It appears to be reconnected and sending data via the pinterest tag again.
