stopped working randomly on 10 sites

  • Garbage plugin, installed on 10 websites, after an update all popups stopped working. When I try to edit it says “We could not load the editor because the defined template is no longer available.”

    HI Winston, this could be for a couple reasons.

    1. You updated the core HollerBox plugin but did not update the PRO version if you were using it, in which case updating the pro version as well would solve the issue.

    2. We did our best to notify customers about changes with the newest version and provided a FREE legacy license for some templates that were changed.

    You can still claim that legacy license, visit the HollerBox settings page for more information.
