Stopped Working Randomly

Was working great with my theme and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I can still drag items and rearrange but upon re-load they revert to their previous positions.
I have tried disabling all other plugin, purging cache, uninstalling and reinstalling plugin, nothing has worked.
