stopped working out of the blue

    hi,

    My UAM plugin has stopped working out of the blue. I have been using it for years and now, all of a sudden, my protected posts show to all ??

    The only thing that has been changed recently are the permalinks. I changed from ‘category/post-name’ to ‘year/month/day/post-name’ as I read this may help with performance.

    Could that cause the plugin to stop working?

    I tried changing various settings, but no visible results.
    Is there a way to see if plugin is actually working on a given post?

    I am clueless, has anyone had similar issues? I appreciate any advise that could help me solve this mystery.

    when I reverted permalinks to my old structure the posts were protected again.

    This means that UAM stops working if you change permalinks. Is that a bug?

    Also, when I change them, UAM creates an .htaccess file in my /uploads directory stopping every media image from loading. Even though I have the ‘Lock files’ option set to ‘No’.

    Can this be addressed, please?
