Hello, I setup a sign up form to download an ebook. It was working great, but now all of a sudden it stopped working on mobile and says “We cannot connect to the Mailpoet server. Refresh the page and try again.” On desktop it works fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @lauyen,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This is likely to happen if you have a caching plugin installed.

    In this case, you can:

    1. Exclude the page where you have the form placed from the caching settings. Here are some guides on how to do it:

    2. Add a Captcha to Subscription Forms. If you are using a caching plugin, it’s possible the unique security token is cached and causing the issue. When using reCAPTCHA, the security token isn’t used. 3. Use the iFrame version of the subscription form. You can get this code by going to MailPoet > Forms > edit the form > Form Placement panel.

Hi @treibalen so far so good. I haven’t had any complaints yet.
