Stopped working last night

Hello,
The favicon on my site stopped working suddenly last night
( https://www.universityblogspot.com )I haven’t made alterations to the plugin since installing it except for any updates.
The only update I did yesterday was the latest SEO YOAST plugin.
Are there any known issues with this plugin?
I have checked my site on Chrome, FireFox and Safari so am convinced its not a browser issue.
