Stopped working in WooCommerce 3.7.0

    I was very happy with this plugin, which vastly improves the look of product image galleries in WooCommerce.

    Since the latest WooCommerce update (3.7.0) it doesn’t work as before. The arrows are missing from the thumbnail row, and clicking on the thumbnails does nothing, they don’t appear in the main image area.

    I hope the developer has time to address these issues and let us carry on enjoying this previously excellent plugin.

  • Sorry for the long delay. I can’t see any errors on the page that might cause this.

    Can you try:

    Switch to the Twenty Nineteen theme to rule out any theme-specific problems. If it is a conflict with the theme please contact the theme developer for support. Our plugin can only disable the built-in Woo gallery.

    Failing that please try to disable other plugins. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    I had the same problem. The plugin worked fine for me. After updating WooCommerce to 3.9.1, nothing happened when clicking on the thumbnails of the gallery.

    I deactivated the plugin JetPack. After that the gallery is working again.
