stopped working: failed to send error

Hi guys,

thanks for a great plugin, that has worked great for me in the past year.

Now, I realized that when users fill in the contact form to receive a download link by mail, the form replys with my failed to send message. I have tested the contacts form and it works fine as long as not in combination with download monitor. I have also tested the download without contact form, and that works fine.

Any ideas?
