Stopped working as expected

  • This plugin was working great to display recent WooCommerce product reviews but it suddenly stopped displaying new reviews just recently – there are a couple of 2018 reviews on this page but then it’s showing 2016 and nothing from the past few months.

    Any idea why this stopped working? Desperate to get it going again… Thanks!

  • Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. You would need to set the comment type to review to get that working – the default is comment which shows standard blog post comments.

    To do that, use the better_recent_comments_comment_type filter. E.g. 

    
add_filter( 'better_recent_comments_comment_type', function( $type ) {
   return 'review';
} );
