Stopped working

Hi,
This is the very first time I have had a problem with this plugin. Suddenly, it stopped working and there is a message that says:
“There is a problem with the feeds you entered. Please go to our support forum to see how to solve this”.
I have gone to the forum and have taken the action recommended. I have verified the feeds. And I have configured the cache conflict checkbox to no avail. Some assistance would be appreciated.
