We think our plugin is not activated on your website so please check your side and activate our plugin.

Please check to below steps.

1. You are adding our plugin shortcode to your page so please refer to the below code.
Ex: [popup_anything id="Your ID"]

OR

2. You are adding our plugin shortcode in your core file so please refer to the below code.
Ex: <?php echo do_shortcode('[popup_anything id="Your ID"]'); ?>

Note:- Please do not copy and paste the shortcode parameter because it causes the quote(“) issue. Please write manually.

Please share your admin side screenshot in which place you have added our shortcode.

Hello, I have gone back to a previous version to get the site working again:https://www.genderandcovid-19.org/matrix/

If you look at the staging url you will see that it won’t load the page where the pop up shortcode is supposed to load with the updated plugin activated.
