Stopped working

    I use woocommerce on wp, to display photos as products. Due to the large amount of data, I use Amazon s3 via Mediacloud to store the data. Your plugin worked fine in the beginning, but now it doesn’t anymore….when I enable your plugin, all my products go blank…. which is bad for a shop, selling photos…. I disable, and the products are back.
    Any hint to what I am doing wrong ? Any known plugin-conflicts or so on ?

    thank you for contacting us, there is anything that you changed in the last period?
    eg. Amazon s3 url change or new plugin installed?
    There aren’t known plugin-conflicts at the moment.

    I have tried to disable every plugin, thats is unnessecary for the funktion, but no luck. I’m running php 7.3. Is that an issue ?

    Is there an update to your plugin soon?

    php 7.3 is not a problem.
    Are you sure that “Allow url fopen” is enabled on your server?

    Yes, according to your own system-check in the plugins settings “Allow url fopen” is ok.
    Could it be that the use of amazon s3 is the reason? The images is no longer localized in content, but on the s3-server.
