Stopped working

  • Been using the plugin for years now and grateful for the help it has been

    But I just noticed it has stopped working for a week or two now
    No major changes on the server or the mail list – actually none
    Emails however are not being send once a week as did before

    Went to test into the plugins testing area – it returns

    The mail has not been sent!

    I don’t think this is the plugin issue, rather the PHPMailer configuration. You could try to reset your password and see if you get the email, and probably you won’t.

    I’d contact the hosting provider in this case.

    Thanks for the reply
    Its a dedicated server hosted in a co-location
    and we administrate it ourselves No one else
    really has access to it and as far as other
    mail related WP plugins we use they work fine

    Is it possible another updated plugin bugs this one
    or the issue with missing posts from time to time?

    It’s really hard to say, but this plugin doesn’t alter the mail functions. It certainly may be a conflict with another plugin.
