Stopped working

I love this plugin and it has worked great on my site. In the last few weeks the hashtags that I use no longer turn into the tags for the post nor are they hyperlinked in my social media or post like in the past. Not sure what happened. I included a link for one of my posts where you can see the #s are not working. I’ve changed nothing in the settings either. Thanks for your help
