Stopped working

Hi

I installed your nice plugin and it worked for a few days. Now I’m not able to make it work again
Maybe someone edited the menu… i’m trying to playing with the setting but nothing change.

I want that the category post title appear in the menu, and that when you click on it, you are redirected to the first post of this category. Since 2 days I’m just redirected to the category…
Can you tell me if my settings are wrong ?

I added in the menu a category.
Then I set Number of Posts to 1
Skip posts : 0
Order by : date
Order : descending
Remove original menu item : only if there are no posts
Subcategory posts : include
Post navigation label : %post_url (i tried with post_title also)

I do probably something wrong. Weird that i didnt have problems before
