  • Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the plugin. Could you please verify for us what version numbers of WP-Client and WordPress you are currently running?

Also, just to clarify a bit, you are seeing this error message when attempting to view some pages in the frontend while logged-in as a client? Or you are seeing this error while trying to navigate the backend menus of the plugin while logged-in as an admin?

As a diagnostic step, please check your Permalinks settings, and if not already, please change to “Post Name”
    See example video here: https://screencast.com/t/oFv7MmcNGb

Even if they are already set to “Post Name”, go ahead and re-save them.

Additionally, can you please verify for us are the WP-Client Theme Link Pages correctly installed and linked in WP-Client–>Settings–>Theme Link Pages? (You should see green checkmarks next to all of the boxes)

    WP-Client 1.3.1 and WordPress 4.4.

I’m seeing that error message when I go to the pages logged in as an admin. And in the backend, when I click View Page under File Share Users, it doesn’t take me anywhere.

I don’t see “Web Portal Lite” tab on the left, I see “WP Client File Share” tab.

    Thank you for your help.

Perhaps you have a different plugin installed? The latest version of WP-Client Lite is 1.1.1, so having version 1.3.1 installed would not be possible.

Doing some Googling, it looks like there used to be a plugin called “WP Client File Share” (unaffiliated with us), but it doesn’t seem to exist any more. Here’s a old forum post related to that plugin, for reference: https://goo.gl/gzYlYW

Perhaps this is the plugin you have installed?
