The new keywords were getting added to the index till the stats got to this point:

Amount of links in the index:602
    Amount of set up keywords:363
    Last building:13 September, 2020 at 00:44
    Duration of building:30.15 segundos

Since then stopped uploading the index. If I add new keywords and I check the “link statistics” tab and the “anchor text statistics” tab they are there, but as I said the index doesn′t update and the new links don′t appears on the wordpress posts stats as incoming links.

Is there any limit on max amount of links created or the index building time?
    Thx

    Hi @musculosespartanos

there is no physical limitation to links that get built.

I think the problem is, that your site/keyword configurations grow over a level that your webserver can handle by memory limitations.

In this case, we always recommend a switch of the index generation method to the CLI mode through a server cronjob.

If you choose the cronjob mode, the process gets called native on the server, so the webserver running on your server will have no work at all. With the CLI mode, the index will keep updated automatically in the background for you.

That’s the best way if you are having loads of posts or keyword configurations like you have.

The different index modes settings are part of our Pro version.

Read more about how to set it up here: https://internallinkjuicer.com/docs/index-generation-mode/#mode-none

Hi thank you for your prompt answer. I just applied changes to max memory limitations on my server. I doubled all the options (file, post, and general). I also changed the time a plugin can run when loading, from 30 seconds to 40 seconds. But the problem still persists, the index file does′t get updated.

As soon as I saw the time limitation for plugins I was quite sure that I nailed it, but after changed it to 40 seems like not. It is very coincidence that the index updating stopped at 30.15 seconds and my early time limitation was set at 30 seconds, don′t you think? I deactivated the plugin and activated back but nothing changed. It′s like it got stuck there.

    Any other idea?

Solved! Got it. Definitely the problem was de max execution time for plugins that was initially set at 30 seconds. The thing is that when I realized that the index stopped updating I already add a big amount of keywords in the meanwhile so the time needed was over 40 secs for that reason when I changed the time from 30 to 40 still no working. Now I set 50 seconds and the index got uploaded showing 42 seconds to do it. So if anyone has the same problem just go to the cpanel of your host and (if is apache) go to the software section, then to select PHP version, then go to the Options tab and change the max execution time. Put anything over the time where your index got stuck. Hope it helps.
