stopped showing new comments

First time posting here so apologies in advance for procedural or etiquette blunders.

Problem: new comments stopped showing.

Great plugin but I had uninstalled it to try another plugin (that allowed no avatars) but was not satisfied. So, I re-installed this one.

Since then, new comments do not show. I wanted to reverify my API key but cannot remember how I got it originally (thankfully had it saved in text format). Also, the instructions page for the API key, linked from the FAQ section, is not working.
