A new posting did not trigger the Campaign cron job. My last posting, on 10 December worked fine and and I’ve not made any changes to my platform. I’m using the default WP Mail. After that posting didn’t work, I created an all-new posting to make sure there was no duplication, and that one did not work either. I have been using the plugin for a couple years with only a few minor issues, so it is unclear what is happening.

  • I just posted a new campaign, and everything works like normal, also the notification. All are the latest version. So, I think something other than the plugin caused it. In the past, automatic updates of plugins caused troubles on my site. Maybe that could be a reason?

    Hi @jchopkins ,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

To understand what is causing the issue. Could you please check the following points and let me know your thoughts on them?

    1) Please check and confirm that are you receiving the test email or not.

    2) If the test email is received then, could you please tell us what happened when you published the last post?

Do you see any report with the status ‘In Queue‘ on the Report screen? If yes, you can click on the Send link and see if the emails are being sent out or not.

If the status is completed, please check if you have received the email in your inbox, or spam folder.

    Waiting for your response!

    Happy to help!

Yes, I got a test email successfully. When I published my last post *nothing* happened although the “New Post Published” campaign was activated. Nothing showed up under “Reports”. I tried making a totally new posting, as well as a duplicate posting, neither worked. A previous post on 10 December worked fine. And I had not changed any settings.
