Stopped recording hits on both blogs

    I have this plug-in on two different blogs and although I haven’t changed the settings, for the past few days it has stopped recording new hits and is showing nothing under the daily top-10. Site above and Hotel-Scoop.com.

    Sorry for the delayed response. I checked the page and I think you’ve moved on to WPP.

    I’ll close this support thread for now.

    If you’d like to use Top 10 and see the issue again, happy to take a look.

    Yes, with no support response about the problem and two weeks of not recording any hits, I gave up on this plug-in and installed a competitor’s one that still works after the latest WP update.

    Unfortunately, I’ve not had the time to respond to support queries with the usual frequency due to priorities at my day job.
