Stopped receiving emails from forms and mail(2) error

We have two contact forms on our website. Both stopped receiving emails this past week. We have one on our contact page that is at least going to junk now, but it’s not being sent to all users who receive that email. I.e., Four people in my organization, including me, receive emails to our “info” email. However, the contact page form is only going to one of the four people and is landing in the junk folder. None of the rest are receiving them.

Then for the Careers contact form, we are not receiving any emails whatsoever and we also have the mail (2) that stopped working. It’s giving an error that the [your-email] field is an unsafe config. We attempted to do the recaptcha, but could not pay for the akismet so I removed the recaptcha. I need to find a way that we can still send a mail receipt to individuals who submit their resume to the site. The suggested mail “to” form templates do not work.
