    Has anyone had trouble printing since updating the commerce to the latest version around June 14? My printer stopped working right around that time and I don’t know if it’s because of the Woo commerce update or something else that has changed on my system. But either way I could really use some help getting my printer back up and running because it’s affecting my business.

    @miclovin I have personally tested with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce without any problems. My guess is that whoever used to work on your web site that told you the printer was a bot, probably adjusted your sites firewall to also block it. Please speak with them.

    If that doesn’t resolve it, then I strongly suggest contacting Star technical support directly.

    I do my own development with some help from the guys at WPMUDEV where the site is hosted. We checked for any firewall blocks but that doesn’t seem to be the issue. The printer shows as connected in green letters in the plugin.

    The printer works, I use it with my POS.

    Can I call you? You and Guillermo seem to be the best support for this plugin.

    Hello, were you able to resolve this?
    Cloud printing has stopped working for me too. I tried to reset everything by removing the printing and reinstalling/reconnecting the printer but now the printer won’t even show up on the plugin. I’m able to reset and test print via the printer IP address.
    Any help is greatly appreciated

    UPDATE** deactivated and reactivated the plug in and everything is working now.

    I turned things on and off also and finally the printer got working again. Not sure what was stopping it.
