• Hello,
I have been using the plugin for roughly 7 months without trouble. Now the data from the forms does not seem to be sending to infusionsoft. No new contacts are being created.

The dashboard indicates that everything is communicating. All of the settings look right. But suddenly it is not working. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

    Other potentially relevant information:
When this problem started, I also started getting the following error when this problem started. I adjusted permissions and it went away.

Warning: fopen(/home/whereica/public_html/wp-content/plugins/infusionsoft/Infusionsoft/cache/remove_fields.cache) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/whereica/public_html/wp-content/plugins/infusionsoft/Infusionsoft/SmartCache.php on line 67

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/domain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/infusionsoft/Infusionsoft/SmartCache.php on line 73

I’m using Thesis Theme 2.1.3 and Marketer’s Delight 3.1 skin.

Are you using the latest version?

Yes. It seems to have started on Friday (9/12/14) with the old version. I updated to the new version and the problem still persists. Any ideas for a solution?

    Thank you for your help.

Infusionsoft is saying that it is a php issue before the information comes to infusionsoft.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

If I saw an issue like you describe I would see if something changed on my server. You say you adjusted permissions. That is exactly what I first thought of when I saw the errors you listed “Permission denied” – this is on your side, on your server. If you are not self hosted, and you did not make any changes, I would check to see if you are hacked, or if your hosting service made some security changes. The system does not usually make changes to itself that break something like this.

You said you have the new version of the plugin, do you have the new version of Gravity forms and of WP?

Hi Snottyscotty, Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, the permission denied issues were on my side and have been resolved. The site has not been hacked and there were not any server changes at the time this started. After updating the plugin, and gravity forms, I got in touch with my server people. I have not updated wordpress yet.

The issue that still persists is that new contacts are not being created in infusionsoft. Within wordpress everything seems to be communicating appropriately, and the feeds all look right. When someone signs up gravity forms sends the email to me, but the contact is not getting created in infusionsoft.

I have some suspicion that it is an infusionsoft issue being that they also had a system wide issue start right around the same time. I’m currently trying to make headway in their API forums. No luck as of yet. So, I’m still pushing every possible angle.

I have made changes to security settings, my server company has now changed the php handler, I’ve updated to wordpress 3.8.4, gravityforms 1.8.16 and this plugin 1.5.11. The problem still persists.

    Anyone have any other ideas?

I am experiencing the exact same problem and it also started on 9/12/14, which suggests this is a Infusionsoft and/or WordPress problem, rather than something local to our servers.

I will contact Infusionsoft in the morning. Keep searching everyone!

    Hi Madaline,
Infusionsoft referred me their API forums. I have yet to get a response there. So when you call infusionsoft, try to work your way up the foodchain to someone who actually knows something.

Please keep me posted and I will do the same.

Also stopped for me. Appears that Infusionsoft updated their SSL cert?

CURL error: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details:
    error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed
    Attempted: 1 time(s).

Here’s the latest update. Infusionsoft did indeed update their SSL certificate on 9/12/14 and we have all been running into the same difficulties as a result.

I have been talking to all kinds of people at Infusionsoft and trying lots of things that haven’t worked. The lastest advice from their API guy is to go to this forum post (https://community.infusionsoft.com/showthread.php/17697-Tips-PHP-Script-to-search-for-infusionsoft-pem-and-update-it) and use the PHP script to convince the plug-in to acknowledge the SSL certificate. I haven’t tried it yet, but it might be worth a try.

Good luck to you both! I’ll check back in if I make any progress ??

    Any update?

Try give file permission 777 to the following file,
    [wordpress-installation]/plugins/infusionsoft/Infusionsoft/cache/remove_fields.cache
